Senator Kerttula offered Amendment No. 9 : Add a new section to read: "The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for Department of Law to pay judgments and claims against the state for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1993. Senator Kerttula moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 9. Senator Frank objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 9 be adopted?"
